Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Obtain a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is nicely mixed

Place baking paper onto the tray so the cookies do not stick. If you don't possess this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )
